We are pleased to offer an exciting plenary programme as well as six parallel tracks packed with excellent talks and complemented by an exhaustive poster village filled with great new ideas and in-depth results.

The time table for the conference including the scheduling of plenary key note talks is now available through Indico. Our key note speakers are Brian Bockelmann, Philippe Canal, Pirjo-Leena Forsström, Kostas Glinos, Jim Kowalkowski, Robert Lupton, Inder Monga, Axel Naumann, Harvey Newman, Stefano Spataro, Edwin Valentijn, and Torre Wenaus. In addition, Oxana Smirnova will chair the panel "The end of HEP-specific computing as we know it?" on Thursday afternoon.

The parallel programme has six tracks, with the session on Distributed Processing and Data Handling having coordinated focus sessions on both Infrastructure, Sites, and Virtualization as well as on Experiment Data Processing, Data Handling and Computing Models.

For those participants active in the IFCA DPHEP study group, a separate workshop is organised by the DPHEP community on the Wednesday afternoon.

Authors of accepted and presented contributions to CHEP2013 are invited to submit full papers to the Proceedings of the CHEP2013 conference. The Proceedings will appear as a special on-line volume of the Journal of Physics: Conference Series by IOP Publishing. All submitted papers are peer-reviewed before publication, and the subsequent publication will be Open Access (authors retain their own copyright).

The paper submission will open in July. The deadline for submitting full papers is Monday, 21 October 2013, i.e. the Monday immediately following the conference. We encourage authors of accepted contributions to review the proceedings page for submission rules, templates and license information.
